Your Buy a Gift experience voucher consists of 2 parts

1. Your entry ticket

2. Your ticket for boat travel

We only require the details for the boat travel  NOT the entry ticket. You must retain this for entry to Hampton Court Palace or Kew Gardens.

The ticket should look something like below. When filling in the booking page, as well as your name & email address,

and destination as shown on your voucher, we require 3 pieces of information

1. The reference  number, as shown below

2. The pincode number as shown below

3. The destination

 

PLEASE NOTE YOU WILL NOT BE ABLE TO BOOK WITHOUT THE CORRECT REFERENCE AND PIN NUMBER

YOU WILL NEED TO PRESENT YOUR VOUCHER AT THE TICKET OFFICE PRIOR TO DEPARTURE TO RECEIVE YOUR BOARDING TICKET.

WITHOUT THE CORRECT VOUCHER YOU WILL NOT BE ISSUED A BOARDING TICKET.

IT IS ADVISABLE TO PRESENT YOUR VOUCHER AT LEAST HALF AN HOUR BEFORE SCHEDULED SAILING TIME
